Are you actually in a plateau or are you just inconsistent?
Well, studies would tell us that most consistently is actually the reason for plateaus...
So, no it's probably not your metabolism.
It's probably not your hormones.
It almost indefinite that it's your consistency or lack of - so, before making changes, lock in and try to see how consistent you can be.. I bet results will pick back up โ๐ป

Proper nutrition and a calorie deficit will always reign supreme when it comes to fat loss, but cardio should be used to help us when we get to a point where our calories are getting lower than weโd like. Your initiative to make a change may spark someoneโs insecurities, and thatโs okayโฆ
When you decide to take initiative in your life and make a change, there is a high probability that someone will try to degrade for that out of their own insecurities or lack of initiativeโฆ
๐๐ป Keep going!
Not only should that serve as an indicator that you are making positive changes, but it also should serve as an indicator that you have an opportunity to make an impact!
One thing you can know for sure is that whoever is criticizing you for making that change is also paying close attention to you.
๐ฅTake that as an opportunity to change their lives by influencing them to do the same!
