We are getting there!
The new space is coming along beautifully. We can’t wait to be in the new studio with you.
So grateful for the men of Well Body who are doing the hard work behind the scenes so we can all have a beautiful place to move and breathe in! And more importantly no child labor laws were broken in this process. 😉

As you’ve heard by now, we are relocating our East Nashville Studio!
We aren’t leaving East Nashville. We are just headed up the street to 1035 W. Eastland Ave. #1045
Same team. Same community. Just a bigger, more beautiful home.
We have chosen this space intentionally to better serve our growing community.
We wanted to create a little more ease when accessing the studio.
And of course have a welcoming environment rooted in thoughtful movement, connection and the WBP method.
We wanted to share a few pictures from the new space and give you a sneak peek of the direction we are going and what we are creating over there!

Just a reminder, if you are headed to the East studio for class on Saturday your typical route to us could be impacted!
Allow yourself some extra time to get here.
If you use the Waze app, all road closures will be in the app and it will give you the quickest directions on how to get here avoiding all closures!
