Freak Show is a fundraiser, yes. But more than anything, it’s a celebration of everything this community has already made possible.

When we opened Movement Lounge in 2022, with big dreams for what this little studio could become. We wanted to create a place where people could move without judgment, try things they never thought they could do, know they belonged here, and use what we were building to give back, too.

And somehow, together, we’ve built something even bigger than we ever imagined 🥹

We’ve raised thousands for local animal rescues. We’ve helped make memberships more accessible for people in our community. We’ve watched students walk into their first aerial class convinced they could never do it and then watched them step into a full blown performance. We’ve seen friendships form, confidence grow, rescue animals find homes, and this weird little community become more and more special to a whole lot of people.

Freak Show is our chance to celebrate all of that and our chance build on what comes next! and YUP - We are hoping for higher ceilings and more room to fly!

More opportunities for our students. More financial assistance. More rescue partnerships. More equipment. More ways to make movement feel welcoming, accessible, weird, joyful, and completely our own.

We have some big, lofty goals, and every Freak Show ticket helps us get a little closer to them.

To honor her, this Saturday, we’re turning our regularly scheduled Heated Yoga Sculpt into a Dolly Tribute Heated Yoga Sculpt led by Sara

For every person who attends this class, Movement Lounge will donate $5 to Dolly Parton’s Imagination Library, and Muttz Realty | Nashville, TN | Real Estate that Rescues 🐶 has offered to will match our donation! That means $10 will be donated for every person who joins us on the mat.
