Self Love Sunday…
Living inside this reclamation of Self, I will no longer be making my spirit small so others can rise. I am no longer available to invest in relationships that do not have the capacity to give back equally, fully and humbly. I will not bend over backwards to lift another up who does not carry their own weight while building the dream. And I will never again protect someone whose mask is nothing but a facade of the beauty, strength and grace I created from love so they could live a comfortable lie. I fully and completely reclaim all the parts of my Self that another took to fill a void. May each and every part be completely and fully returned. And so it is❤️

Self Love Sunday…Mother’s Day❤️
You were never supposed to be here, flesh and blood, Divine lights of my life. I was told it was highly unlikely I would ever have you, that hysterectomy was my last and final option. But I knew the “specialist” were wrong. Your souls whispered into my heart “please wait just a little longer, we promise we are coming and it will be beautiful.” And here you are. Not just one but two came. My greatest gifts. My Holy blessings. I truly can’t remember what life was like before you. This journey called Motherhood has been the realist, most raw, layered and rewarding journey I have ever known. The most sacred path I have ever walked. And I am so incredibly grateful I get to do it with you. and thank you for choosing me, for choosing us. You are my greatest teachers, my gurus. And I love you both to the moon, back and beyond.

Sending so much love to all the mama’s today, human, fur or energetic. And sending love to all those missing their mama and working through their mother wounds. This work is sacred and I see you ❤️

It takes bone deep bravery and faith to overhaul and change your entire life, especially the “comfortable” parts. Stepping into the unknown is scary AF, but staying stuck and stagnant is too.

New Moon in Aries. Mercury conjunct Neptune in Aries – The time is ripe for new beginnings. This lunation contains the energy of shoots breaking the ground, the vibrancy and colour of spring, the desire to venture into new territories. It’s about fresh challenges, new goals, brave action. Aries champions leadership, independence, taking a stand, asserting our right to life. LIVE shouts Aries! Be HERE. Be PASSIONATE! Feel the blood pumping in your veins! But with so MUCH Aries energy in play, the fires could burn out of control and anger consume us. Deflection and distraction could distort the picture if we miss the message.

Don’t pour cold water on your ideas before they catch. The trick is to relax the mind, let inspiration smoulder and glitter. Soften your thoughts, your voice – inside and out. Express opinion assertively but with kindness. Use your imagination to visualise, reshape, reframe to take the heat out of conflicts or concerns. Sing, write poetry, journal. Know that you don’t have to fight for answers. Set an intention to be a beacon of light.
