I spent years forcing myself to be a “good” woman
Years learning to stay small, to “fit in”, to make myself palatable to the expectations of others
Years, giving my power away, believing my worth was determined by how well I behaved, how easily I could be loved, or how small I could make the number on the scale
Decades, in fact, trying to make everyone else comfortable and happy at my own expense
I could tell you exactly what everyone around me needed, yet had somehow forgotten how to listen to, honor, and celebrate my own desires
And let me tell you, I was VERY good at being “good”
Masterful at putting a brave smile on
Excellent at pretending that everything was “fine” even though I was crumbling to pieces inside
Adept at being strong for everyone else while deeply depleting myself
Yes, I was phenomenal at being the “responsible” one
The one who could be counted on to behave, accommodate, compromise, and quietly swallow her own discomfort
Small enough to be manageable
Agreeable enough to be tolerated
Self-effacing enough to be praised for it
And isn’t that a fascinating little trick we’ve played on women for generations?
Convince her that her goodness is measured by how much of herself she’s willing to sacrifice, then call her selfish the second she decides she’s had enough
A society that has spent centuries attempting to contain, control, and exploit the feminine has become remarkably skilled at dressing submission up as “virtue”
So, yes, I had become the kind of woman who woke up every morning feeling trapped in a life she barely recognized
Depleted
Resentful
Lost
A woman who had become so accustomed to abandoning herself, that she could barely remember who she was beneath the weight of all those expectations
Barely
Because somewhere, underneath all that conditioning, I still remembered HER
The wild child who knew magic was real
The girl who spoke her truth with such unapologetic fervor and conviction that it could leave people speechless
Who loved fiercely, believed in the impossible, and understood, long before anyone taught her otherwise, that she was worthy of the same unconditional love she so freely gave the world
Oh, she was magnificent
And somewhere along the way, I’d learned to treat her like a problem that needed fixing
Because I’d long been told that this version of me was “too much”
Too passionate
Too opinionated
Too everything and yet, not enough all at once
So I tucked her away
Buried her deep inside
Because being agreeable felt safer than being rejected
Because making myself smaller seemed to earn me more love (or at least, it let me be tolerated more easily)
Because I’d mistaken being needed for being cherished
And because, somewhere along the way, I’d convinced myself that everyone else’s happiness was somehow my responsibility
Funny, isn’t it, how easily a woman can disappear while doing everything she’s been told makes her worthy?
Until one day, something in me simply refused to bend over backwards and walk on eggshells anymore
Call it my Divine Feminine awakening
Call it the return of the wild woman
Call it my soul getting loud enough for me to finally hear her screaming at me about how fed up she was with this nonsense
Whatever name you give it, one thing is certain
I could no longer keep betraying myself just to maintain a life that looked acceptable from the outside, while destroying me on the inside
And no, the journey back wasn’t all moonlit rituals, rose petals, and delicious revelations
There was grief
There was rage
There were uncomfortable truths I could no longer pretend not to see
I walked away from toxic relationships
I confronted and moved through my eating disorder, reclaiming a relationship with my body that was rooted in love rather than punishment
I learned the art of self-seduction, of becoming intimately acquainted with my own desires, pleasures, and the woman I was becoming
I stopped handing the pen of my own story to people who had no business writing it
I learned that boundaries weren’t cruelty
That desires weren’t selfish
That being loved should never require my disappearance
And perhaps most importantly;
I stopped treating the woman I was as someone I needed permission to become
I began living as the sovereign of my own life
Not perfectly, or with out fear
But with devotion
And today I’ve created a life that feels like a romance for the ages
Not because every day is perfectly beautiful and without difficulty, pain or all the things that make living rich, but because I am no longer a stranger in my own life
This life I’ve created is infused with love, radiant with purpose, supple with pleasure, abundance, magic and the delicious freedom of knowing that I belong to myself
And that wild child I once tucked away?
She’s not hiding anymore
She’s woven into the woman I’ve chosen to become
And THIS is why I do the work I do
Because I know there are women who have built extraordinary lives and still question where they went in the process
Women who are accomplished, capable admired, and utterly exhausted from always being the one who holds everything together for everyone else
Women who’ve read the books, done the meditations, collected every breakthrough imaginable, and still feel like they’re negotiating away their desires in the moments that matter most
Women who sense there’s something MORE calling to them
Something beyond another achievement, title, or thing to prove
Something that fills their cup in a different way
That ignites a life that feels like their own once again
A life where their success doesn’t come at the expense of their aliveness
One in which their love doesn’t demand self-abandonment
And their feminine power isn’t something they visit occasionally, once in a blue moon, but something they inhabit in the ordinary, gloriously messy business of daily life
This is the heart of my mentorship
Not teaching you how to become a more impressive, more optimized, more acceptable version of yourself (Goddess, haven’t you spent enough of your life trying to become someone else’s idea of extraordinary already?)
I am interested in the woman underneath the striving
The one who knows what she wants, but has leaned to talk herself out of it
The one who has become so skilled at doing what is expected of her, that she’s almost forgotten the exquisite pleasure of doing what is true to her
I guide women into a relationship with themselves that is intimate, fiercely loving, deeply rooted in self-trust, and spacious enough to hold every part of who they are
Not so they can abandon the lives they’ve built
But so they can fully inhabit them from a place of personal sovereignty unlike anything else they’ve experienced before
It’s sacred self-reclamation
It’s embodied Divine Feminine wisdom
It’s mindful sovereignty
And it’s learning to create a life you don’t merely admire from the outside, but absolutely adore living from the inside
To the woman who can feel herself stirring beneath the life she’s built…
Perhaps you don’t need another version of yourself to aspire to
Perhaps, it’s time to stop asking permission to be the woman you’ve known yourself to be all along
If that is you,
welcome, sovereign woman, I am honored to walk side by side with you
