I’ll admit Rox, the first few weeks was a challenge for me because I HATE having my phone blown up and I found it to be very annoying until I associated a more empowering meaning behind it and chose to see it as just you holding yourself accountable by sending me follow ups whenever you took an action that was required of you to take! So I only responded when I felt the need to, as you weren’t expecting for me to respond to everything anyway! And man was I in for a special treat along the way:

You’ve exuded a champion minded aura at such a high level and as I’ve surrounded myself and attracted such minds and ONLY chose to be surrounded by it, I must say that yours has been a bit refreshing to be around! Yours came with sooo much wisdom and I believe you have a space in this world that would love to get a taste of and be inspired immensely by it if you ever chose to venture down that path!

Something else was so refreshing? Your fu***ng gratitude man! Apart of my life’s journey was to become real familiar with what comes with the territory of greatness, learning the rules of the game, how the game is played. And years ago, one of those rules happen to be:
“be of great service to those without expecting anything in return. Do not let your greatness be contingent upon people’s validation of you, people’s acknowledgement of you, people’s recognition of you, people’s gratitude towards you. My greatness is a pure reflection of my purpose and where/who/how I want to be!”
In my 12-13yrs in the industry, there’s only 1-2% of people who actually showed their appreciation for me and what I do and the results we were able to produce. And because that number has been so low, it’s been EXTREMELY EASY for me to CHERISH those who did! And I cherish you Rox!

I’m genuinely rooting for you and your family’s journey through life Rox! And again Rox, you have this fu***ng light man, that if you ever chose to, it would shine bright in so many people’s lives!

Candice is on a hell of a roll with things.

More than likely, if you happen to see her, you can catch her with a smile on her face or cracking a joke. Real cool chick. But behind that smile and those jokes is someone who experienced probably one of the greatest pains of them all for a woman, losing her son years ago while he was still a baby. When a person faces something of this magnitude, their perspective of life changes forever. A huge part of her playful spirit today stemmed from that shift in perspective and giving life the meaning “life is too short, so why not enjoy it!” And my belief is if someone can stand strong and make it through that, then there’s nothing that could defeat that person.

My only critique of Candice, and this is no small critique, is her negative mentality or disempowering self talk that shows too often than not during our sessions. This has a lot to do with how someone sees themselves, their identity. Because the words you speak are a reflection of who you are. Constantly saying “now you know I can’t do this” or “now you know this too hard for me” without having attempted it first, but EVERY TIME you did attempt that very same thing that you said “you can’t do,” you end up executing it. So the reality of it is not that you literally don’t have the physical and mental capabilities to do it, you most certainly are capable of doing that and so much more, it’s just that you don’t believe you can and that mirrors who you believe you are; your identity. You’ve definitely improved in this area over the last few weeks though.

I must admit something here, I haven’t really gotten to know Agia like I should have by now because I was so damn annoyed months ago during the time she first reached out to me. I was super busy and had so many training inquiries left unanswered or responded but never making the time out to get back w them due to training clients all day. But man Agia was one that stayed on my ASS, following up to put her on schedule, to get her consultation in etc. If it wasn’t for her persistence, we wouldn’t be on this journey together and I wouldn’t be here posting a progress pic of her months later. But it also annoyed the s**t out of me because I hate texting people on my down time when I’m super busy, I need that time to myself. So yes, Agia annoyed the s**t out of me and I kind of carried that into our interactions when we finally started to work together. None of which was her fault, it was all me. Needed to shift my perspective of the situation. So I’ve been becoming more “normal” around her, talking about life w her (which is a passion and desire of mine in order to make a breakthrough in a person’s life).

The woman is hard working for sure. Someone who, when they make up their mind to get something, will get at any cost! Hence, her persistence at reaching out to me consistently to get started on her journey.

I’ve gotten to know your end point a bit more or the outcome you desire, and also gotten to know what’s been a bit of a challenge for you to stay in alignment with that outcome/end point. You have a lot on your plate by way of choice so time management is lacking. I hope you’re able to intentionally make a “drop and add in” where you drop (or take some time away) something that’s not having any positive effect in you producing your outcome (and is only there for quantity of staying “busy”) and adding in the thing that’s going to put you back in alignment w your outcome and have a positive effect on the overall quality of your life 1-2yrs from the time of your sacrifice. Take MASSIVE ACTION!

Think it’s been almost a yr since I’ve seen you. You are very savvy w how to use a phone so I’m sure you see me on social media.

Something I want you to take away from me by the example I set is this: Don’t be afraid to be different! Don’t be what your friends want you to be, don’t do what your friends want you to do, don’t allow the people who don’t like you to change who you are. On your journey, there will be SOOO MANY PEOPLE WHO TALK ABOUT YOU AND PEOPLE WHO DON’T LIKE YOU! Don’t worry about them, don’t ask the question “Why they don’t like me?” There’s people who don’t like and talk about your favorite basketball player, about your your favorite rapper, about your favorite football player, about your daddy, about me, about your mom, about your brothers and sisters. So you’re not alone baby. Be fearless! ALWAYS stand up for yourself when faced with bullies but don’t you EVER BECOME A BULLIE! YOU are fu***ng GREAT AND UNIQUE AND SPECIAL AND TALENTED AND SMART AND BRAVE! So every single day I want you to tell yourself “I am talented. I am smart. I am a blessing. I am God’s little soldier which means I am strong and brave! I can do ANYTHING I put my mind to. Nothing and no one can defeat me. I am God’s child and God’s creation and He intended for me to be different from every single person in the world, so I will happily be MYSELF! I LOVE WHO I AM!!!!” On the next stage of your life, I will let you know the take away.

I'll keep this post short as I've already spoke my mind and heart the last post of her. Nothing more to add to it but this: Posting updates on people's results I don't do often due to clients falling off at some point.
