💪🏽Great tool to use when trying to track your progress.

𝙏𝙞𝙥 #1: Start by typing in the foods you’re eating. If you want to be more accurate type the exact brand in & make sure it matches with the nutrition label!

𝙏𝙞𝙥 #2: Scan Option. This saves a lot of time & is very convenient. But again be sure to make sure MFP nutrition facts match the scanned items nutrition label.

Share This With Your Bestie 💓 ↗️

Air Fried Cheesecake🍰

100g - low fat cottage cheese
30g - light and fit greek yogurt (I used vanilla)
1 whole egg
1/2 scoop protein powder (I used rule 1 vanilla - make sure it has at least 25g protein per serving)
25g frozen blueberries

Cook at 350 (air fry) for about 10-20min check on it at 10 min.

Set in fridge for an hour or over night.

Macros: 13g Carbs / 7g Fat / 35g protein

If you need more carbs add gram cracker on top! I used gram cracker crumbles 8g total.

With gram cracker crumble macros will come out to be around:
19g Carbs / 8g Fat / 36g Protein

Not going to lie.. I hit rock bottom..

When I first moved to nashville I was so excited but fell into going out multiple days a week..

Constant drinking. Zero productivity.

The norm of feeling hungover.

Fell back into my binge eating. After working my ass off being in control of it.

Would wake up “proud” bc I lost 2-5lbs but in reality I did was binge drink. So I gained it right back.

My weight would fluctuate from 186-176 by the day.

Felt like my face was puffy all the time.

At the time I thought I was killing it. Living that balance life, but I genially hated how I felt, and had the worst body image.

👉🏽Let’s take a look at current🙂.

I currently weigh about 164 ish. But the # really doesn’t matter it’s how I genially feel.

🍷I still go have drinks occasionally. So I don’t restrict myself from it.

😴Focus mostly on my sleep recovery. 7-8hr minimum each night.

🧠Take care of my mental health.

☀️Go outside more when I get to walk. I don’t have “cardio” I do it more so to get steps in + sunlight.

🥬Naturally choose to eat more Whole Foods because it genially makes me FEEL better.

🧘🏽‍♀️Do yoga when my body tells me I need it instead of going to the gym.

🙏🏽And honestly work on bettering myself by the day. Not only with me, but with my family, friends, and loved ones.
