You might not recognize this beautiful human but if you attended The Yoga Inclusive, you might have spotted her and you DEFINITELY felt her presence. Aillie Larson put her whole heart and soul (not to mention a gazillion hours) into manifesting this vision. She believed, rallied, and held this festival with so much LOVE, I don't think anyone left untouched. Thank you, Allie, for all you do and all you've done. You're a great human...who also happens to be a great yoga teacher. You are profoundly loved. 💛

thank you, thank you for the love and work poured into yesterday's gathering. it was a release, a soul-mending, a grace.

i. because the sacred
is here, among us.

ii. because the most
welcome mat
may already be under
our blistered feet.

iii. because when I took
child’s pose (again)
I was met
by assisting hands.

iv. because I learned to hear
my own breath,
to share. my own breath.

v. because we literally created a poem,
together. (is there a more mighty task?)

vi. because partner yoga is way less scary when you actually let go & allow someone to bear the whole weight of you.

vii. because it’s hard to say: I shared eight hours of yoga with a bunch of “strangers”.

viii. because “kindreds” seems the more appropriate term.

because bodies. because breath. because being & beaming might be intertwined...
