Since its founding in 1975 the club has grown to be one of the largest and most active non-varsity sports on campus. The club travels the Midwest competing in several disciplines of shotgun sports including trap, skeet, sporting clays, and their international variants. Though competition is an important part of the organization we encourage participation from all people of all skill levels to come enjoy the lifelong skill of shotgun sports!

We will be hosting our Alumni Shoot at Nilo Hunting Preserve and Wi******er Trap and S***t Facilities in Alton, IL on April 23rd.
Deadline to register is April 13th

We will be hosting our home shoot the Miner Classic February 20-21. The shoot will be 250 targets- 100 S***t, 100 Trap, and 50 rabbit. For more information and how to register check out our flyer. We hope to see you there!

Last weekend club members went to Clarksville, Arkansas for the University of the Ozarks' Spring Shootout. It was the first time competing in partner sporting clays for all of our club members and they had a great time! Thanks to U of O for putting on an awesome shoot!

Club members participated in the ACUI Eastern Super Shoot, in Nashville TN. They shot Trap, S***t, Sporting Clays, Super Sporting Clays, and one member shot International S***t. It was an awesome shoot and great experience!

This Past weekend Club Members Shot in the ACUI Upper Midwest Conference Championship, at the Heartland Public Shooting Park, in Grand Island, Nebraska. They had a great time and thought it was a good event.
