This site is for ordering/ purchasing custom built bows. I build bows out of natural materials much in the way they have been built for centuries.

All bows are made by hand using almost exclusively a knife and a portion of a tree or branch. I make all bows from hunting, target, and children's draw weights, along with many different styles and designs. All bows are fired 100 times before delivery to ensure satisfactory performance. My bows have been shot many times side by side with professionally made laminate re-curves and almost always out

When does it become a problem? I have 2 other stashes I haven't even started to sort yet. Id like to say this is my private collection. But.... most of them are abused experiments with a couple really nice ones peppered in. Three of them in there have world records. The rest were the learning curve to get there. A few more in this picture are going with me to the salt flats to test in about a week from now. Lets see if I can add to the world record count :D

EDIT: Thanks to my wife, 4 of them now have world records attached to them!

I will be clearing out a few of my built for competition recurves. They are built to be 50 #@26 inches and are not in a finished state, meaning they are unsanded, no finish, and rough. However they are incredibly fast and sweet to shoot, dead in the hands upon release.

These bows have been shot in competition and will come with a pedigree aka paperwork documentation of their performance in competition. These are flight bows designed to store as much power as they can and release it as efficiently as possible, to throw an arrow as far as possible. They are verified by USArchery flight division, the very same organization who are involved in the Olympic archery games. My design holds the world record for 50 pound class for the last 5 years and multiple records in youth and women's division.

These will make fantastic bows for hunting or target. The price each will be $1,000 in its current finish, 500 more if you want them sanded with a finish.

I will build one to your specs for 1500 if you want a high performance bow built for you. It will be a bow that could be taken to the world circuit for competition and be competitive.

When you buy from me, you get a performance and competition proven product worth the investment. No one's bow shoots further.

The new year is about to begin in 2 months My archery goals are set. I have 9 months to make new flight arrows and a bow that will break the 400 yard mark. This will be an epic year for us. New bow designs will be tried, I expect to break some bows in testing, and most likely absolutely obliterate arrows as I explore the limits of arrow speed and bow power. And of course, videos will he posted to bring you guys along for the trip!

My wife stretching a string on her 35 pound bow getting ready to send an arrow to record distances in womens division, and looking schnazzy doing it!

A short clip of my son at the salt flats and things that can go wrong in the quest for distance/speed. Several things happened here. The string obviously. Also he didnt get the arrow all the way to the back of the rest. Then he second guessed himself and let down right before firing and that cost him an inch of draw length. Also on his release, the string traveled with his fingers as they went forward, further reducing the power stroke of the bow into the arrow. A loss of approximately 2 inches happened here. On these bows, thats about a 6 pound loss in draw weight, a 24 inch power stroke vs 26 inches, causing a loss of about 100 yards in distance. We make these videos to study and improve. My hope is next year he sets new world records in new divisions.
