Strength in Motion is strength training with a beat.
For 30 minutes, we'll move through simple, effective exercises using dumbbells from start to finish. Expect lower body strength, upper body work, light combo movements, arm burn, and a little mat work for glutes, chest, and core.
No complicated choreography. No endless reps of the same move. Just music-driven strength that keeps you moving and makes 30 minutes fly by.
Choose weights that work for you, press play, and let's get stronger together.

✨ New this week: Cardio Conditioning + Core!
This low-impact, bodyweight class is designed to build lower body endurance through athletic movement patterns like squats, lunges, knee drives, and more.
You'll move through short intervals with built-in recovery breaks so you can work hard while staying in control. No jumping required, and modifications are always offered.
We'll finish with focused mat-based core work to round out a complete 30-minute workout.

Dance Fitness + Light Weights is everything you love about dance fitness, with 2–3 songs featuring light dumbbells for simple arm toning. The rest of the class stays true to the fun, feel-good dance cardio you know and love.

I’m excited to add TWO new options to the schedule this week designed to help you build strength, boost endurance, and keep things fun and fresh.
Cardio Conditioning + Core
A low-impact, athletic-style cardio class built around functional movement patterns to build strength, endurance, and coordination. Expect continuous movement that builds stamina while still being kind to your joints, then we finish strong with focused core work on the mat.
Dance Fitness + Light Weights
Everything you love about dance fitness, great music, simple patterns, and nonstop movement, with a built-in strength component using light dumbbells for a couple of songs. It’s designed for people who love dance fitness but also know they want to include resistance training too, so you leave class feeling like you’ve moved your body in a well-rounded way.
Heading into a new week, I just want to offer a thought.
There’s a lot competing for your time right now, especially with such beautiful weather outside, and it’s completely normal for workouts to slide down the list.
But if you can carve out even 30 minutes for yourself, it’s time that adds up in meaningful ways. And our promise is to make sure those 30 minutes feel worthwhile, energizing, efficient, and supportive.
