It’s been on my mind since I birthed my babies, then lost half 3/4th’s of my parents but, this quote makes me chuckle with delight, because let’s get to the living bit— right away! It might be daily kisses from the ones we love? Gotta get those 🥰 it might how is my body keeping score? How am I honoring my creativity today? How is my home life? Work life? Where is the imma go find it!

Pinocchio imagined by Guillermo del Toro ♥️🎁♥️ what a beautiful gift to my life! I found this film to be the very brightest spot of the holidays. The realness. The darkness swirled into the beauty, like the faintest imprint of sunlight on a bedroom wall at dawn. Full of hoping and wishing and praying are my favorite things to do with my mind. As a movie goer, I got to do this here!! It’s so rare. I’m so curious about the breakdown into the breakthrough. It’s so interesting & kinda muddy. Hard places are interesting. I make sure to visit them often Just like the stop motion animation in this film. And, the voices are so powerful, especially, the sweetness of Gregory Mann! Oh my goodness!!! Great acting happened here! Alert, alert! Great child acting happened in this film. The sweet spontaneity & comic aliveness in Gregory Mann’s Pinocchio are what Oscar dreams are made of 🌟 & even more important, a beautiful career that this young person (without a doubt) will grow into 🙏🏼 what a treat!
