⭐️Olivia hails from Mohawk schools and while this is her first year of travel ball, she is a stellar athlete and the Diamond is not stranger. Amassing 6 years of rec experience she’s ready to get serious with this yellow ball!!!

The coaches are super excited for her coach-ability, her energy, and her ability to execute corrections very quick. It’s going to be a great season!!!!

📢Welcoming back for another season of hard work and dedication is Leilani and the Abad Squad!

⭐️This girl hails from Hawaii and it is pretty obvious she comes from a military family. Her focus, her dedication, and her persistence to becoming better each and every rep is inspiring. She leads the team by a silent example and never gives up. I know personally how much work she is putting in this off season/break we’ve had and we are all excited to see how strong she comes back this season.

📢Giving a warm welcome to another WV family-Macie and the Murray family!!!

⭐️No stranger to the pressures of the game, Macie can lock in and get the job done. She commands a vibe on the mound that we’ve never seen before and it has the batter shaking in their socks.

⭐️The coaches are so excited to get Macie surrounded with some high level girls with a positive attitude to push her into her next level of softball….its all gas no breaks for this girls this season!

📢Chasing after this girl for a few years, happy to have her back under our guidance and coaching, let’s give it up for Reagan and the Morimando family!!!!

⭐️Reagan is another young one on the team but that does not show at all. Expansive game IQ, she puts all her emotion into every play. Whether she is tackling the hot corner, catching the fly-balls in the outfield, or taking reps behind the plate, this girl is a true utility player.

Off the field she is a true academic wizard, competing in academic games locally and in other states. She puts it all to good use, helping her other teammates along the way.

📢Giving a huge welcome to Marybelle and family! 📢

Marybelle transfers to Silver Creek from Grizzlies with a great attitude and high mental IQ for the game. She not only puts in the work off the field but also is a supportive teammate.

We are so excited to welcome Marybelle and challenge her to be the best version of a softball player she has the potential to be! She has a fierce attitude but can also rub elbows and laugh with the rest of them in the dugout.

⭐️Hannah may be one of the younger players on the team but she is also the fiercest. She puts all her time and energy into her craft, commanding the mound like the drill Sargent. She is stoic in her presence and puts all her emotion into the next pitch.

❤️Huge shout out to all of you parents for giving your time to us over the past two evenings.

We had a massive turnout for tryouts and are still analyzing scores. We are in the business of building character and weigh heavily on mental development within the game and athlete. It is going to be an amazing season with so much talent out there!

It is after a lot of prayer and discussion that we announce Coach Ed Ohl taking over as Head Coach for the 12U Ohl 2026-2027 season. With multiple years of coaching experience varying from rec through high school and WPIAL levels, he brings a tenacity to push the girls out of their comfort zone for maximum individual growth and team cohesion.

We are not your average travel ball experience. We encourage multi-sport athletes. We focus just as heavy on the mental side of the game as we do the physical side. We focus on fundamentals, growing a positive environment for athletes to flourish. We do not just manage talented players, we develop softball players from our years of playing and coaching experience on the staff.

This upcoming season looks slightly different for this team compared to most, as we begin discussions and clinics on the Future Softball Journey. Informative and exploratory, working with the girls on where they are to where they want to be and the journey to get them there. Included in this seasons plan are current high level D1 Athletes, former D1 athletes, and college coaches coming in to talk to the girls about this journey. Not everyone’s path looks the same and that is celebrated as part of how the journey is different for each player.

We practice a positive culture and full family bonding events through the season with our infamous Family Farm weekend at Ironmills Farmstead. This kicks off the season with family fun, team bonding and development, as well as fun surprises. We encourage positive growth, respect to one another as well as ourselves but also work on players understanding that what’s best for the team should take priority. A “we over me” mindset will be essential for team success in the 12U division this upcoming season.

Fees, tournament schedule, and practice schedule are still being formed.
Private tryouts available if needed.

Tryouts will be based on an objective scoring algorithm. Individuals who have no association with the current or future team will be scoring athletes, current coaches will only be recording metrics at tryouts.
