Everyone is welcome to join us on our Easy 2 mile run this Sunday august 20th. As you know we are definitely trying to grow our crews any chance we get. Everyone voice is heard at NLRC. Remember one thing about runs the easy ones are the most important ones. So bring a friend and come join us. 🏃🏽‍♂️

Sunday fundays with good people! Easy miles and a good session working on proper running mechanics! While we enjoy to run, it is important to stay intentional in your movement in well to prevent injuries. Good job!

This Sunday morning was definitely one great start to our Houston Crew. We are grateful to have seen so many faces today. We hope everyone had a great 2 miles and we can not wait to see you on our next one!!!

This weekend I will be hosting our first Run in Houston! We will be meeting at Roy H Cullen Running Trails Center this Sunday at 9:00am. I’m also super excited to start building our Houston Crew! Make sure to tell a friend and bring them with you!
