With everything that’s going on these days…are you ready to protect yourself by any means necessary? Situational awareness is you first line of defense when it comes to self defense.
🎯Look around, pay attention, avoid any distractions, keep your hands free, and understand what’s going on around you.
🎯If something doesn’t feel right then trust it. You mind is your alarm system. Use it.
🎯Fight or Flight. You have 3 seconds before reacting to a self defense situation. These few seconds can either save you or harm you.
🎯Be prepared and have a plan. What ever you do, don’t half step and go with 100% because your life can depend on it.
