Today was one of those days where I had to remind myself and practice doing things that make me happy. I found this list I made about 2 years ago and intentionally did about 5 things on the list. Make you a list of as many things that you can think of that make you happy. Then on those days where you’re feeling sad, bored or depressed visit that list and do something on there to lift up your spirits even if for a little while.
