Today was amazing with all of the young great athletes that showed up today. There was a lot of talent in the building.

Due to high demand, we have now added boys to the league. We are excited to announce this.
Come let your middle school kid get a chance to play some competitive games and be a part of an amazing league of young people.

For this workout, we focused on the overhead pickup. If a help defender reaches low for the ball, you can raise the ball above them to prevent a strip.
