I’m going to try not to be long winded here…
First person I showed this to was my momma. She just said “WOW!” and started laughing. Followed by “I never realized you were that big!” Well that makes two of us, because I didn’t realize it either. COVID rendered me jobless for 14 months, and that’s how I started my journey.

3 years ago, I looked like the picture on the left. The picture on the right is me today. From NO WAIST AT ALLLL, TO A LIL SOMETHING SOMETHING😜 and it feels GOODT! I thought I was living before, but this is different. It really feels good.

hopped on plane, which normally makes anxiety go THROUGH THE ROOF!!!
I put that seatbelt on and had a lil extra. never ever everrrr experienced it in my adult life. again, small to some, but unless you’ve experienced it, you’ll never understand it.
