I’ve worked with for years—and somehow, she always knows what to say to help me realign. Before I speak, before I coach, before I lead… I go inward.

This work we do—it’s layered. And I’m grateful I don’t have to do it alone.

As a child, I was teased for my voice.
Too deep. Too heavy. “You soundd like a man.”

And for a while, I tried to quiet it.

But over time, I’ve come to understand that the very thing I once saw as a burden is actually one of my greatest tools.

These days, I sit in front of microphones—not to prove anything, but to offer something.

A steady voice.
A lived perspective.
A quiet kind of leadership.

The kind that makes room for others to speak, too.
