Abundance comes in many forms, including health, safety, happiness, success, and prosperity. Creation is abundant, and there are many ways to strengthen your awareness of the flow of abundance in your life. Here is one easy way.

Start every month with this simple ritual:

What you will need: Cinnamon powder and desire for increased abundance.

Why Cinnamon? Planetary rulers are the Sun (life force) and Mars (vitality, courage), making it easy to see why this spice has an ancient connection to prosperity and protection. Working with herbs is a natural way to enhance your personal power and energy.

What to do:

1. Sit down and relax. Focus on what abundance means to you and where you need to increase the flow of abundance in your life.

2. Write down the three most important areas that need improvement, such as health, business, or finance.

3. Put 1 tablespoon of cinnamon in the palm of your right hand. Visualize yourself enjoying the abundance you desire, feeling the power of your own intentions.

4. Go to the front door of your home, open it, and stand facing the inside of your home. Ask the Divine to clear and open your way, to remove any obstacles to your abundance, and promise that the abundance you receive will be used for good and to help others.

5. Repeat THREE times: “When this cinnamon blows, prosperity here will enter. When cinnamon blows, abundance will come to stay. When this cinnamon blows, abundance here will live!”

6. Then blow the cinnamon powder into your home. Leave the powder that falls on the floor for 24 hours after you do this.

7. Rub the palms of your hands together and rub the leftover cinnamon over the crown of your head. Give thanks, and know that Creation has received your request for help.

Do this on the first day of every month. Keep your mindset and actions in keeping with your intentions. Remember, Creation is abundant, there is enough for everyone. Be patient and trust your higher self to increase your abundance, and be grateful for the abundance you receive.

Happy New (Universal) Year!
I hope you spent some time reviewing your progress in 2022. What's your most important goal for 2023?

While the world celebrates the New Year on the 1st of January, in the world of numerology, we still have a few days to go before the energy of the past year fades away on January 9th and the energy of the new year comes into full effect on January 10th.

What I like about this period between the festivities and the energy shift, is that it gives you some time to finish things you started. When you look back at 2022 what is it that you need to wrap-up? What do you need to prepare for in the New Year?

In the study of divine mathematics, there are several noted systems. I have studied the Pythagorean system of numerology so the information here is based on that perspective.

Universal energy is taken from the vibration of the sum of the numbers 2-0-2-3.

So the vibe for the year ahead is; 2+0+2+3=7.

Sweet. The heavy, physical, energy of 2022, which was a 6 year, gave the residents on Mother Earth a real run for their money. The number 6 represents responsibility and service. It's one of the numbers associated with Earth energy. The other side of this energy is not acting responsibly or being of service. The key to dealing with both sides of any energy, is to maintain balance.

When the energy the New Year kicks in on January 10th, it's game on! In the United States and other countries, the number seven has been associated with good luck ("lucky seven") and the Divine ("seventh heaven"), so it makes sense when you see the qualities numerology identifies with this number. Our inner world, spirituality, analysis, all are connected to it. Going within, beneath the surface of things is the keynote of the year.

This year will be intense, but if we use the energy wisely, it will be in a very productive way. If you're involved with, or want to start activities focused on the qualities associated with the number seven, you can expect breakthroughs.

The Universal energy of the number seven affects everyone on the planet, and along with your personal year number it can lead to some interesting experiences.
