Have you been curious about Silence Your Inner Bully?
Maybe every time I announce it, there’s a small voice inside that wonders if this is for you.
If so, this is your moment.
On Saturday, October 11th from 10am–1pm The Arts, Hancock County, MS in Bay St. Louis (just an easy hour from New Orleans), I’ll be teaching this workshop in person for the very last time this year. And honestly—I don’t know yet when I’ll bring it back next year.
You don’t need to be an artist or have any art skills to join us. This is about using creativity as a tool to uncover, disarm, and quiet that relentless inner critic so you can move forward with more confidence and freedom.
If something in you is saying “maybe,” I’d invite you to listen.

What once felt like a daydream—selling my art and hanging it in a gallery—has become real life.
But here’s the truth: for years, I didn’t even let myself dream it.
Naming our dreams (even the scary ones) is the first step toward living them.
That’s why I’m bringing back my most popular Dream It, Create It: A Vision Boarding Workshop!
And it’s happening inside the very gallery showcasing my first solo art opening, which feels like the perfect energetic container for you to begin manifesting your own big, bold, beautiful dreams.
Join me, September 27th

Every time I see someone choose self-kindness and watch that care ripple out into the world, I'm reminded why I do this work. Your journey towards embracing yourself inspires me every day. ♡ Jaclyn

We like to think we can compartmentalize—work over here, relationships over there, personal growth somewhere in the mix. But the truth is, it’s all connected.
When we’re stuck in one area of life, it’s rarely just about that one thing. Clarity comes when we look at the bigger picture—our patterns, our boundaries, the stories we tell ourselves. That’s where the real work happens.
If you’re feeling stuck, maybe it’s not just about the decision in front of you. Maybe it’s about everything around it. Let’s figure it out together. ♡ Jaclyn

We’re so quick to extend grace to others—to understand, to forgive, to soften. But when it comes to ourselves? That’s where it gets tricky.
Self-grace isn’t about letting yourself off the hook. It’s about recognizing that growth takes time, that mistakes don’t define you, and that you’re just as deserving of kindness as anyone else.
So next time you’re being hard on yourself, pause and ask: If this were someone I love, how would I respond? Then offer yourself that same gentleness. ♡ Jaclyn

Healthy intellectual boundaries are about respect—respect for your own thoughts and beliefs, and respect for others’. But here’s the thing: not every opinion deserves space in your life.
Disagreeing is one thing. Being shut down, dismissed, or forced into conversations that are harmful? That’s something else entirely. You are not obligated to engage in discourse with someone who is violating you or others. Period.
Knowing the difference between healthy discussion and harmful rhetoric is a skill—and setting boundaries around it is self-respect. ♡ Jaclyn

There’s something so beautiful about the fact that no one else in the world is you. No one else has your exact perspective, your laugh, your way of seeing things, your story.
And yet, we spend so much time trying to be something else—something smaller, quieter, more acceptable. But the real privilege of a lifetime? Getting to be fully, uniquely yourself.
So take up space. Embrace your muchness. Let yourself be seen, exactly as you are. The world is better because you’re in it. ♡ Jaclyn

Valentine’s Day can bring up a lot—love, longing, gratitude, grief. But no matter what this day means for you, here’s your reminder: the most important relationship you’ll ever have is the one with yourself.
Loving yourself isn’t about being perfect. It’s about showing up, setting boundaries, speaking your truth, and giving yourself the same grace you offer everyone else.
So today, whether you're celebrating solo or with someone else, do one thing that feels like love—for you. Because you are worthy of it, exactly as you are. ♡ Jaclyn

One of the golden rules of boundaries? Be clear, but be kind.
Setting boundaries isn’t about being harsh or defensive—it’s about honesty with yourself first, and then with others. You can say what you need, ask for what you want, and hold your limits without guilt or apology. And you can do it all without being mean.
Because boundaries aren’t about shutting people out. They’re about creating healthier, more honest connections.♡ Jaclyn

The other day, I had a realization that surprised me. In a conversation about imposter syndrome, I realized I’m not feeling it right now. Despite making bold moves into a field I have zero experience in, my inner critic isn’t screaming at me. She’s quiet. And I think I know why…
I trust myself. I trust that even if I fail, it won’t break me—it will teach me. I trust my community. This past year has shown me just how deeply I’m supported.
And most of all, I trust the Divine. The breadcrumbs have been laid down in front of me, and I’ve been following them without fear.
That’s how I found myself here—writing a post to tell you that my art is now in a gallery.
I’ve been calling my creative journey because that’s exactly what it is.
The process begins with a found image—often from a magazine or book—and unfolds organically as I piece elements together.
But it goes beyond the collages themselves. I’m following the breadcrumbs, trusting that each step forward brings me closer to where I’m meant to be.
If you’d told me a year ago that my “quirky little collages” would end up in a gallery, I would have laughed. But sometimes the dreams you wouldn’t let yourself dream find a way of coming true.
So here I am, sharing this milestone with you, my wildly supportive community. You’ve cheered me on through countless leaps of faith, and I trust you will support me here too.
More than anything, I hope this serves as a reminder to trust your own path, even when it feels scary. To take the next step, even when you can’t fully see the way forward.
