Celebration LaPlace started our first Toastmasters International Youth Leadership Program (YLP) on Thursday November 14th at Lake Pontchartrain Elementary School in LaPlace. The workshop provides the opportunity for youth participants to devel- op and practice communication and leadership skills. There is no cost to participants.
