Running Buds

Since it's getting cold: 6:45 a.m Saturday morning running group. MEETING PLACE: IN FRONT OF THE NEW ORLEANS MUSEUM OF ART.

Running buds, Is a group meant for all types of runners: beginners to seasoned marathoners. Your Running buds will meet every Saturday,of every month, starting the run promptly at 6:00 a.m( get there earlier for mingling purposes ) . I know 6:00 may sound early, but with this heat, trust me you will thank us. What to bring:
-Water for your run( sometimes we will provide water )
