Working on some agility in conditioning class

A fun variation to encourage keeping our guard while still attacking. The pad holder was allowed to hit them as hard and often above the belt as they wanted with the noodle, the other one needed to guard was still throwing strikes at the pad.

A great time running the gauntlet in our speed sparring rounds, exercises before every round, working on speed during sparring as well as that indomitable spirit to keep going.
