🚨 This Sunday – Dimension @ TPA Family Fun Day 🚨

This Sunday, Dimension players are heading to TPA for a Family Fun Day + Potluck — and you’re invited.

This is a laid-back day for anyone feeling the grind of the season and just wants to get out, shoot some paint, and enjoy time with friends, family, and teammates.

What to expect:

Fun, relaxed paintball (not a grind day)
Bring your kids, spouse, or friends
Potluck-style lunch

🔥 Dimension Practice – This Sunday (April 19) 🔥

⏰ Start Time: 9:00 AM

Lock in — this is a full workday.

9:30 AM – Stretch & Warm-Up
9:45 AM – King of the Hill (1v1)

10:30 AM – Snap Drills (Hoppers Full)
▪️ Snake Side: 3-point stance (knees + outside elbow), roll out & snap — NO sliding
▪️ Dorito Side: Left hand only

11:00 AM – 2v5 Closeouts (45 sec)
11:15 AM – 3v5 Closeouts (45 sec)

11:30 AM – Break / Refill Paint

12:00 PM – 5v6 Points
▪️ NR players on the 5-man line

1:30 PM – Conditioning (3 laps – sprint Home & Away)
1:35 PM – Race to 15

** Justin will not be at Dimensions this weekend as he will be coaching the Dimension TPA Line for AXE ** Practice will be led by Bob.

🔥 Dimensions XBall Practice – March 8th, 2026 🔥

We’re back at it this Sunday!

🕣 8:30 AM Arrival
• Blow up bunkers
• Load paint into pods
• Chronograph
• Team stretch

🕘 9:00 AM – On Field Drills Begin
We’ll be running 2 focused drills this week:
• Edge Shooting Breakout Drill
• 3 vs 5 Closeout Drills (90 Seconds)

🕘 9:45 AM – Drills wrap up
🕘 9:45–10:00 AM – Repod & setup for XBall

🕙 10:00 AM – 1:00 PM – XBall Matches

👉 Other teams: Please communicate here if you plan to attend.
👉 Dimensions players: Teams will be set in the morning once everyone arrives.

🕐 1:00 PM – Wrap up XBall
Dimensions players will finish with “The Game” and Snap Battles while waiting your turn.
