athlete Rebecca crushed it yesterday at the !
Nearly a SEVEN minute PR - from 1:30:41 ➡️ 1:23:59 😮💨
Rebecca stays consistent, runs her easy days easy and hard days hard and yesterday it paid off.
We’ve been working together for about a year now and days like yesterday make me so excited! I love what I do. So proud to have her on the team and even more excited for what’s ahead ✨

Jamie ran the St. Luke’s Half Marathon for the second year in a row this past weekend. After a strong, consistent training block, she came in prepared and ready to execute. A calf cramp made her reset expectations, but she stayed composed and finished strong.
After key races, I connect with my athletes to break things down - nutrition, pacing, what worked, what didn’t work, and what we can learn. We found reasons to celebrate and insights we can use for next time.
Next up for Jamie: summer of speed with some 5ks and building a strong base for the fall season.

ran the Kentucky derby festival half on Saturday! This was a great effort on a humid morning - she finished right in the middle of our time range expectations. Next up - recovery and base building before another half marathon training block 🐎

There’s always a reason for a workout, or how many easy miles you run on a certain day, and part of my job as a coach is to explain the why behind the plan to make sure you are getting the most out of the time you put into training. Read more testimonials on levelupyourrun.com - link in bio!

Jamie I ran the Skechers Hot Chocolate Run 15k on Saturday as a hard effort prior to her goal half marathon at the end of the month. She rocked it despite the hot temps! Congrats Jamie!

Level Up Your Run athlete Megan kelly Coyne was training for the Skechers Hot Chocolate Run 15k in Philly when she started having some hip discomfort on her runs. She was smart, we scheduled more rest days and exercises that could help, and she switched from the 15k to the 5k. She ended up running a Hot Chocolate 5k PR!
