The Official Home of OneWall Handball

🇺🇸 ENGLISH

InternationalOneWall.com is the official platform of OneWall Handball, bringing this timeless sport to the global stage with a bold mission: reach 72 countries in 3 years or less.

Our goal is to bring OneWall Handball to the Olympic Games and promote it in every city, every school, and every community across America and around the world.

The beauty of this sport is its simplicity:
Find a wall. Draw two lines. Use any ball. You are playing OneWall Handball.

This game has existed for hundreds of years, yet it still lacks global recognition. The wall was here before us and will be here after us — our time to act is now.

We believe this sport can bring energy, therapy, discipline, and friendship to people everywhere. It builds strong bodies, strong minds, and strong communities.

Today we ask for your ideas and your voice. Teach it. Film it. Share it. Promote it in every language you speak. Send us a one-minute video of your best shots, and let’s unite the world through one wall.

Time is short — like birds flying over the court in a single instant.
Let’s work harder. Play everywhere. Build something that lasts.

Join us.

• Wide: outside sideline → out

2. RALLY

• Alternate hits using open hand or fist
• Ball must hit the wall before touching ground
• Only one bounce allowed
• No carries, scoops, throws, or double hits

3. SCORING

• Games to 21, win by 2
• Traditional NYC scoring: only server scores

4. BOUNDARIES & HINDERS

• Outside lines = out
• Blocking = hinder → replay

🏆 PRO TIPS

🔥 SINGLES TIPS

• Own the center — guard it like you’re paying NYC rent for that spot.
• Serve with intention — keep your opponent guessing…and suffering.
• Develop your off-hand — winter legends use both hands like superheroes.
• Hit deep — push your opponent so far back they’re boarding a flight.
• Stay low — if your knees don’t bend, the ball will embarrass you.

🔥 DOUBLES TIPS

• Communicate — “Yours!” “Mine!” “Switch!” prevents human collisions.
• Divide the court — one power hitter, one finesse artist.
• Respect space — don’t stand on top of your partner like a sticker.
• Aim low and fast — doubles rewards killers, not floaters.
• Protect each other — two bodies, one mission.

❌🏠 Interviews for Homeless 1 - Grandpa, Forgive US Our sins as we forgive those who sin against US🇺🇸
deeply reflective, motivational, and inclusive of key homeless-services in Los Angeles for anyone in need. Surviving the Streets: One Man’s 40-Year Journey from Trauma to Hope | Los Angeles Homeless Interviews

In this powerful first episode of our series, we sit down with a man who has lived on the streets of Los Angeles for the past four and a half years — a 47-year-old whose life began going off course when he was just 7 years old, after his father was killed and his family became dysfunctional.

Over the span of 1 hour and 20 minutes, we walk through decades of trauma, incarceration, pain, survival, faith and redemption. He talks about being in and out of prison, the daily brutality of street life, the relentless mental struggle of “why me?” — and why he keeps going because he believes God brought him to this path for a reason.

Together we pray — in English and Romanian, in Christian, Muslim, and Hindu traditions — asking forgiveness, seeking hope, acknowledging hurt. We confront how racism is embedded into everyday life; how we’ve built clothing, shoes, and systems that mask deeper social wounds; how the homeless are treated by society: ignored, judged, marginalized.

As the conversation winds down we explore practical solutions: building tiny homes by volunteers on empty lots in LA, how people can help in different ways because each person’s need is different, the importance of dignity and respect in outreach. At the end, as we prayed and gave blankets, hoodies, gloves, socks and other care items, the noise drew attention: a neighbour phoned a service (non-police) and we held a calm, civilized discussion about what’s really being done — and what could be done — for those without homes.

10/23/2025

In the heart of Central Park, I met a wise elder named Grandpa Blessed — a man whose spirit glowed with peace and humor.
For two minutes, we shared a conversation that felt timeless. I asked him, “What is I&I?”
He smiled and replied, “It’s we, it’s us, it’s one.”

I asked about Ralstein, and he laughed, asking, “What’s his first state of life? Are you Ralstein?”
I joked back, “My blood is green.” — and he laughed again, the kind of laughter that feels like medicine.

Before we parted, Grandpa Blessed shared something profound:

“Knowledge is a misunderstanding or guidance.”

That moment was just the beginning — an introduction to what I hope will be a deeper conversation about unity, wisdom, and the invisible connections between us.

This video reminds us how important it is to listen to our elders, respect their wisdom, and honor the spirits that walk among us, even in the middle of a busy city. Their words carry the heartbeat of generations. 🌍💫

🙏🏾 Much love and respect to Grandpa Blessed.
