🎙️Our host, Amélie Gaulier, is excited to share playful, guided scores drawn from my 20 years of experience in improvisation, somatics inquiries, contemporary dance, and physical theater; inviting curiosity, connection, and pleasure.

➡️ Together, we’ll create space to move, express, and engage with the body as a relational and living ecosystem.

➡️ This workshop is open to all bodies curious to explore movement through sensation, experiential anatomy, and pleasure—no prior experience needed.
