This year, running changed my life. For the first time, I’ve actually focused on doing a full marathon prep. 16 weeks, no shortcuts, no excuses, full focus. And this journey meant way more to me than I tell a lot of people.
Let’s forget the fact that I always hated running and never thought that I would run more than 3k. I was always very driven, aiming for the highest goals out there, in love with sports, consistent with my workouts, and knew the mental value sport gives you.
However, I never experienced something similar compared to what happens once you become so consistent with following the plans you set yourself that it drives you crazy when you miss a day.
l’ve never had a clearer vision in my life than I have right now. I was never as driven, and I never felt this kind of spark and excitement before.
And running was a big reason for this. Because it will create a difficult time, but the things you find out about yourself while going through this show you who you are, give you clarity about what you want, and show you who keeps supporting you when you need it the most.
It’s not only about sports. It gave me a new view on every other aspect of my life. I’m really grateful for this journey, this year, and for everyone who is a part of it 🫶🏼
Let’s crush 2026. Stay Salty.
