Funny how in yoga we talk so much about calm and then one little thing repeated 10 times can test all your patience đ
But honestly, patience is part of the practice. Nothing clicks right away. Itâs step by step, breath by breath. You show up, you try again, and slowly it starts to come together. Thatâs the magic of yoga. Itâs not about getting it perfect, itâs about staying with it. If you keep showing up, you will get better. Always!

Yoga Studio
What we built in this studio is more than a yoga class, and even more than a community. Itâs a space where likeminded people find each other, support each other through hard times, celebrate each otherâs victories, and always offer a helping hand when itâs needed.
This is what makes me the most proud, not just teaching yoga, but being part of creating a place where people truly care for one another. A space filled with trust, warmth, and real connection. That, to me, is the real practice đ
You can have the most beautiful yoga room, perfect lights, candles, and all the details, but what truly fills the space is people.
The real magic comes from the students, their energy, their presence, their willingness to show up fully. Thatâs what makes a room feel alive.
One of the reasons I became a teacher is because yoga taught me what it means to be truly present. Not thinking about yesterday, not worrying about tomorrow, but being fully here, in this moment, in this room.
Presence is one of the greatest gifts yoga gives us.
To breathe, to feel, to connect and to remember that sometimes, simply being here is enough
I remember once in a yoga class the teacher asked us to close our eyes, make a wild wish, and whisper it into our hands. Something that maybe feels impossible.
To my own surprise, I whispered âOne day I want to be a yoga teacherâ
At that time I had worked as an accountant for 25 years. The idea felt almost silly. On the way home I was even smiling to myself thinking, what a crazy thought.
And yet here I am. Years later Iâm doing what I love the most. I teach yoga, I see people getting stronger, calmer, happier. I work with kids, with older students, with beginners who think theyâre ânot flexible enough.â
So if you ever feel like youâre too late to start something new , trust me, youâre not. Sometimes the smallest whisper can change your whole life.
Consistency is one of the most powerful things in life. Itâs so important to build a routine where you do something for yourself every day, even if itâs very small. Maybe itâs just 5 or 10 minutes. It may sound like nothing, but itâs actually a big step. It can be as simple as starting your morning with a glass of water, doing a few stretches, taking a moment to prepare a good breakfast, or taking the vitamins that support your body. These small daily actions create a system, a habit. Doing something once in a while, even if itâs a lot, doesnât work the same way. What really changes us is what we do every single day
Last night I decided to take a break from yoga today.
But this morning I woke up, took my mat and somehow my body just started moving.
I guess I canât live without it anymore.
When you do something long enough, your body begins to ask for it.
Give it time. One day it stops feeling like effort and starts feeling like a treat
