Our new restart arrived this morning: big, pretty, 3 year old filly. She’s been here less than an hour and is already settled in.

We would like to wish a huge congratulations to the new owners of Carrots! He will be staying in Virginia to continue his training and will then be a surprise birthday present for a very lucky girl.
It was very bittersweet as our family said our goodbyes today. This horse will definitely be missed, but I’m so glad he’s getting his own kid! We look forward to the updates we’ll be getting from his new forever home.

The baby horse played in the ring with the made veterans today at his first horse show. He pinned in all of his classes after going straight from the trailer into his division due to the show running ahead of schedule (shocking, we know!).
For us it is 100% about developing a confident, happy horse; ribbons are just an added perk 😉.
Huge shout out to our rider Kate for all of her hard work and giving Carrots a positive first show experience.

How many people would choose a green, 4 year old Thoroughbred as the first horse they ride after having a spinal fusion less than 5 months ago? When they’ve got a brain like this, 🙋🏻♀️.
Carrots was such a good kid and took great care of me. If you’re looking for a safe, sane AND talented horse, this is your guy!
