Shout out to for taking that big step into his fitness! While many people who are new to fitness ! It’s important to remind clients what’s important in fitness which is one mindset and two knowing that keeping exercises basic will give you the best results. Building a foundation will create many ways into growing stronger faster or to lose weight. Many people have problems with their Lower back and knees and back in general. Because society looks at the anterior which is only the front many people forget to strengthen the posterior chain which is what you don’t see which creates strength overall! Basic back extension and learning how to properly squat is key of avoiding joint and back pain! You’re officially JKP

Im super proud of this student , she plays basketball ! I gave her a challenge and she was able to mentally persevere! She did a 20 minute plank ! I don’t know what adult can hold a plank that long ! She is only in 7th grade ! She deserve the awards because she showed mental and physical toughness as a young lady! Strength doesn’t have a look!
