My nieces turned 13 today and I inspired to post a bit of 🥷 wisdom for those who are entering teen hood aka “worlds on 🔥 hood🙄”… Always remember it is natural to have high and low emotions, but you will always have the choice to come back to happiness😊.

Class resumes at 4pm!
It's been awhile since the last class so today we will revisit the core Kamae (Postures), Tsuki (thrusting strike), Blocks, and Kicks. Then we will combine all to form 3 different Kata's.

Classes will resume this Saturday, looking forward to seeing you all!
