Focusing on my health instead of just the aesthetics? Total game-changer. 🦋
The girl on the left never thought she’d be happy about gaining weight. But what I gained was so much more than just a number—I gained strength, energy, peace, and confidence.

Steps x 12k daily
Calories: 1625
As you’ll see, scale weight across the week wasn’t linear but an overall drop of .5kg which is a great first week in my eyes.

3 Harsh Truths to Understand About Getting Results ⬇️
After 4+ years of coaching, I’ve seen this pattern every year. As summer approaches, many drop off their goals and fall into the trap of quick fixes. Here’s what I’ve learned:
1️⃣ Results take time. I’ve been consistent for years, not months. Don’t expect massive changes after just a few weeks. Progress is a slow and steady journey.
2️⃣ A constant deficit isn’t sustainable. I had to embrace a building phase. I gained 7kg, but it transformed my physique for the better.
3️⃣ Nutrition matters more than you think. I used to eat takeaways regularly and drink heavily. Now, I focus on whole foods and consistency. Calories in vs. calories out is key to fat loss.
