My Late thirties to early forty year olds!
- People in this age group have reached the ultimate metabolic turn-point, and signs will begin to appear in your body and potentially in your bloodwork
- If you continue to eat and train like the typical 20 something year old, you will start to put on fat and further push the envelope of muscle-health decline.

Alot of people are trying to lose weight and default to Excess cardio and cutting calories. Not a good sustainable direction to go in, instead lift heavy weights and eat a high Protein diet.
