Don’t overthink losing weight.
First, are you doing these things consistently?
-lifting weights (I mean PUSHING YOURSELF lifting weights)🏋️♀️
-eating protein several times per day 🍗
-eating plenty of fiber 🥦
-drinking water throughout the day 💦
-getting at least 7 hours of sleep a night 🛌
Did I mention lifting weights? Too many ladies are still trying to lose fat with cardio. It’s not the right approach.
To lose fat and keep it off, take action on these steps first. Be consistent. Things fall into place when you do.

Are you still gaining weight even though you’ve tried everything?
I get told this a lot in conversations with clients, friends and others who want my advice about what to do.
A lot of times, these folks ask me about X 30 day challenge, or Y popular diet or Z super supplement, or whatever the newest weight loss fad is.
And, usually, that’s not the first time they had tried a challenge, diet or magic supplement…
And didn’t get lasting weight loss.
I’ve learned in my career that weight loss is a far more complex topic than most people realize.
Eating less and moving more are cornerstones of success, for sure.
But executing consistently on actions that result in eating less and moving more is where many people go astray.
It’s so tempting to go for popular, well-marketed, quick-fix options instead, and folks actually end up in a worse position down the road than where they started.
No wonder it feels like their bodies are fighting them.
So, my advice?
First, identify which habits and behaviors are preventing you from taking weight off.
Next, decide on actions you can actually commit to, which will help you change those habits and behaviors.
Actions that help you eat less and move more for a long time, not only sporadically.
As you practice taking those actions and they become second nature, you add in new ones, and keep moving forward towards your weight loss goal.
The process of doing this isn’t flashy. But it works.
In my Fit Mom Formula for moms who are busy with kids and careers and don’t have time to waste, we decide on actions that will fit into your life and get you to your finish line.
If you’re a mom who needs an action plan that will work this time, let me know! DM me or comment here to learn how my Fit Mom Formula will take the weight off and keep it off!

As a working mom, do you ever get the feeling that life is passing you by?
It’s easy to get stuck in the grind of daily life, work, endless errands…
And easy to get stuck in a pattern of taking care of everyone and everything…at the expense of your own health.
If you’re ready to take control of your health, the first place to start is your nutrition and fitness.
And with my Fit Mom Formula for career-driven mamas, that can be so much easier than you think.
My 12 week online program has everything a working mom needs to lose weight, gain energy, and even flatten her “mommy tummy” that doesn’t seem to go away.
Workouts are quick and get the job done so there’s plenty of time for family and friends.
The nutrition plan is easy to follow. You learn to eat the foods you like while losing fat and not gaining it back.
Seems simple, right?
Well, that’s the beauty. It is.
DM me the word READY to get my Fit Mom Formula working for you!

My story: How I flattened my “mommy tummy” and how you can do it too.
I was a trainer for 10 years before getting pregnant with my daughter, so I was fit, even as a pregnant lady!
Staying fit was easy before having a newborn to look after. But having to recover from a c-section and diastasis recti while dealing with low energy and lack of sleep was a LOT harder than I’d thought it would be!
I was way less active than in my pre-baby days.
I went to working part time, which meant much less time on my feet, walking from client to client like before.
Plus nursing gave me a huge sweet tooth…making my mommy tummy NOT go away.
I remember walking upstairs in my house, feeling my belly jiggle, something I hadn’t ever felt before pregnancy.
My belly stuck out in my clothes, and I still looked pregnant months after giving birth.
I felt pressured to get my stomach flat again, or I was going to lose credibility as a trainer!
I had the knowledge to do it, after all…
As a pre-and-post natal trainer, I know there are special exercises that are important for mamas to heal their deep core muscles and close abdominal separation (diastasis recti).
My workouts included these, plus exercises to restore balance to tight and weak muscles from all my new “mom” activities (sitting a LOT more, rounding my shoulders when nursing, carrying a growing baby the majority of the day…).
I also got dialed in with my nutrition. The exercises helped me with healing my ab separation, but good nutrition is how I burned fat to reveal the flattened abs underneath.
I got consistent with all the methods I’ve learned as a fitness pro and I got rid of the belly flab!
I started helping moms who are busy with careers and families just like me to lose weight and get rid of their mommy tummies also.
I have a system that’s proven to work and you don’t have to give up family time, fun with friends or foods you love to get great results!
