We have won back to back matches in T20 format. Congratulations to our team and all the players who have been doing so well in this season. Take nothing away from this two players , who are already proven worthy of their respective positions in our squad. Please keep them in your prayer’s. Anik was exceptional in putting up great all-round performances to win important games for his team, especially coming in at No. 8 to bat. He collected three MOMs awards along the way that helped rack up the most Ranking Points after the league phase.

Piranha Vs NY All star!
Toss: NY won the toss & elected to Bat first.
Alhamdulliah,
After Losing the first game of the League against Noakhali legend, The team Piranha bounced back superbly. Since then Team Piranha’s kept their winning streak 8 games in a row of the Dunkin Lax Network T30 tournaments. Which means Team Piranha finished the First round Top 🔝 of the points Table at Group B & qualified for the playoffs.

As a team we have waited so long for this game against NY all star as our biggest rivals in this league. We have restricted NY All star for 155/8 in 25 overs match. Our batters stayed clam & chase this total spare of 40+ odd balls. It was a total team effort to win the game by Six wickets. Sultan Mahmud was magnificent with the bat as he scored Unbeaten 48* Runs & 1 wickets with the bowl, Hemayet Uddin, Kawkab Ahmed, contributed well with the bat & Mahy Rahman, Jahidur with Outstanding bowling performance.

Match-winning knock from Sultan Mahmud Arman 48 of 31 Balls with 5X4 and 3x6. He was also very impressive with bowling figures.

“DUNKIN Lax Network brings you the Player Of the Week award in the T30 Tournament. Last week the POW belonged to MD Shahidul Islam of Piranha Sporting Club for his valiant effort with the bat in a tight contest against Orbit CC.

If you missed what happened between Piranha Sporting Club and Orbit CC, please check the Ball by Ball commentary. Piranha was chasing 182, and had lost the first SEVEN WICKETS for just 27 runs. Honestly, the rest was history. Md Islam was unstoppable and took his team across the line with a 82*(72) to win the game by one (1) wicket in the 26th over.

We had an amazing weekend winning against one of the best team In New York City . The orbits CC opt out to batting first and they’ve post very competitive target. The Team Piranha were struggling from the very beginning and one point team were 27-7 while chasing 183 runs on the board. As a team we know we have our strengthened squad to face uphill challenge in this format of play and we have done it once again chasing 183 against orbit cc from nowhere.

Take nothing away from our pinch hitter Reja Ahmed who smacked 50+ runs by facing only 25 balls. And had an sensational partnership with MD Shahidul Islam.

Man of the match Md Shahidul Islam an incredible knock giving the circumstances where wickets were falling continuously in front of him! It was one of the greatest run chase in BCANA league. The team were under tremendous pressure & he played gem of innings. MD Shahidul Islam Scored 82 runs and took 1 catch.
