• Heat and AC indoor arena viewing lounge
• Outdoor arena with high quality footing and sprinklers. Both arenas are groomed regularly
• Two hot/cold water wash stalls, two heated tack rooms, heated bathroom
• 11x12 and 11x19 stalls available
• Located on over 17 acres with daily turn out in well maintained grass pastures or stone dust dry lot paddocks. Individual or group turn out available
• Fed 4 times daily (breakfast/lunch/dinner/night)
• Owners live on-site with 30 years of equestrian experience
• Dedicated, knowledgeable, full time live-in staff
• Mostly dressage and trail riders, but all disciplines welcome
• Availability for winter and long term boarders
• Outside trainers welcome
• Use whichever farrier and vet you prefer
• Located in Lebanon, 5 minutes from Horseman’s Outlet and Round Valley Reservoir in the center of Hunterdon County horse country
