Hello everyone, join us tomorrow for our inaugural Friday Night Lights event, gates open at 5:30pm and we start off with a P*e Wee team matchup between the
Falcons and the Panthers,
followed by our Junior division featuring the 49ers versus the Raiders,
Vikings versus the Saints,
and culminating with the
Rams versus the Lions.

Reminder: tomorrow our offseason commences with our combine at 6pm at our field on Gerritsen Avenue; we look forward to seeing all coaches, players, and parents.

Hello all our Leauge is still experiencing a lot of registrations still coming in were extremely grateful for the support and growth but Consequently, the combine previously scheduled for tomorrow has been rescheduled to Tuesday, August 19th, at 6:00 p.m., after which point registrations will be officially closed. The offseason schedule is outlined as follows:
Tuesday, August 19th, 6:00 p.m. - Combine; Thursday, August 21st - Coaches' Draft, with players being notified of their respective teams thereafter.
Sunday, September 14th, will be the leauges Opening Day.

Please note that each division has a maximum capacity of 60 players, and there will be no exceptions once capacity is met. Today, we welcome you to our championship games, beginning with the Jaguars versus Panthers in the peewee division, succeeded by the Saints versus Lions junior division finals at 11 a.m., and capped off by the Dolphins versus Bengals in the Youth League.

Friday Night Lights was once again a triumph, made possible by the collaborative efforts of dedicated coaches, talented players, diligent officials, snack stand workers, Field maintenance crew, DJ JP, and the vibrant community that turned out to back the league and its teams during four captivating games, with next Friday's event already highly anticipated.

Today marked an outstanding opening day. We recognize the contributions of parents, coaches, officials, staff, and players, which make our league thrive. Our strong community bonds are instrumental to this success. We express sincere gratitude and enthusiasm for the year ahead. Thank you from the GFL.
