I know that sometimes it is difficult to continue the process towards a transformation, but it is really worth doing even when you are not motivated enough. The worst mistake is to think that things are going to be easy, nothing worthwhile will ever be, so we must give ourselves the opportunity to continue and feel proud of what we have achieved and overcome day by day. 🦾💥👽

🚨To increase muscle mass, definition or simply maintain your current state it is important to consume the amount of protein that our body requires per day; I understand that many times we find it difficult to eat so much chicken, meat or fish in our meals!
