My girl and I are on set filming a new project once again. She’s working really hard for the next 3 days. 🎥 🎬

I haven’t been posting much these days. 2022 has been the hardest year of my life and it seems to not want to give me a break. This picture is just 2 hours before our car accident. We were attending a wedding and drove home shortly after. I was actually starting to fall asleep while Tim was driving home and just a second later feeling the harsh pain of the impact on my left side. This kind of thing makes you take a step back and I honestly need time to process and heal from it. Shortly after the accident we had to put our beloved dog down and it has just been entirely too much. This weekend is the one year mark from the last time I spoke to my mom on the phone when she told me she was sick with Covid. Yes, you usually see positive and amazing posts and think wow their life is smooth sailing. This not so much. I’m human. I’m contending with a lot of things. I’m so thankful for my health. My family. I’m thankful I’m still able to help others reach their health goals with an amazing program I get to walk them through. I’m still here friends. 🙂

Spent the day in Franklin and Nashville
while picking up Maddie’s best friend from CA yesterday. I’m trying really hard to get into this whole rainy fall weather thing. 😂

Fall in the south. 😍 Thankful for a 75 degree day and being able to spend a few days with a friend at the lake.

Cruise to Bahamas is postponed to tomorrow…so you’ll find me down there by the pool….😌

Roads are filled with tree branches here. Living life in the gym and the hot tub. 😆 Seeing all the pups staring out their windows as I walk by is making me miss Lilo 🐕‍🦺 big time. Decided we couldn’t take anymore pizza from the hotel and ventured out to somewhere more my taste. 😏
