My first Shape Up NYC Running Group of the season is officially in the books—and it was a great start!✨️
We had a good turnout with a mix of beginners and returning runners, all coming together with the same goal: to move, improve, and support one another. The focus was on building a solid foundation, keeping a comfortable pace, and creating a welcoming environment for everyone.✨️
What stood out most was the consistency and effort. Everyone showed up ready to put in the work! 💪🏾
If you’ve been thinking about joining, it’s not too late. This group is open to all levels, and every session is an opportunity to get stronger and more confident.
Looking forward to building on this momentum each week.👟

I have been neglecting this page, so I just wanted to post a status update of my running journey ✨️
I am following a training plan created with help from elite runner Kassahun Kabiso 🔥—working toward a 100-mile weekly peak.✨️
This week’s goal: 50 miles ✅
Marathon Goals:
4:30 → 2026
3:30 → 2027
Sub-3 → 2028
It's working!💪🏾

I completed the NYC Half Marathon and crushed my previous time with a 28:27 PR. 🚀🔥✨️
Every mile was a reminder that progress comes from consistency, discipline, and believing you can push past your limits. What once felt impossible is now another step forward on the journey.✨️
Grateful for everyone who tracked me, supported me, and sent encouragement along the way. Your energy carried me through those tough miles.✨️
