What an honor and privilege it was to set up a table at Yale’s Women’s Mental Health Conference yesterday.

In 2013, PMDD (Premenstrual Dysphoric Disorder) was officially added to the DSM-5—the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, which guides mental health diagnoses in the U.S.

Yesterday, I stood not only to raise awareness—but to share the truth that healing is possible.

Thank you to Marybeth Sutter Bohn, Angie Nuñez, and Yale School of Medicine for the warm welcome and for holding space for the stories that often go unheard.

It was a powerful and moving day as we lifted the collective voice for women’s mental health.

This is how change begins—one conversation, one connection, one courageous step at a time.

the less you repeat who you’re not.

We don’t repeat patterns because we’re broken.
We repeat them because we’ve forgotten.

Forgotten our worth.
Forgotten our power.
Forgotten our voice, our truth, our divine design.

But remembrance is a return.
Not to who the world told you to be—
But to who you were before the fear, before the coping, before the conditioning.

You don’t have to keep living on autopilot.

It’s not about working harder.

• Who told you your needs were too much?
• When did you start believing it was safer to stay small?
• Why do you still carry shame that was never yours?

The truth is—your beliefs are not facts. They’re filters.

To remember the truth that’s always been within you.
Before the shame. Before the silence. Before the story that said you had to earn love, prove your worth, or fix yourself to be free.

We repeat what we don’t repair.

But the moment you pause and ask,
"What if this isn’t who I am—just what I learned?"
You open the door.

The cycle is not your curse.
It’s your classroom.
It’s your call to come back home.
