It’s time to reintroduce InnerLight Dance NYC! 🌟

First off, I want to say thank you for being here, whether you’ve supported us from the very beginning, just joined our community, or are simply stopping by. 💛 At InnerLight, we are more than just a Latin dance school. We provide experiences through dance that allow your gifts, confidence, creativity, growth, and self-expression to rise. Our primary focus is creating meaningful impact that lasts far beyond the dance floor.

Founded by Stan The Light, our founder and lead instructor, the vision behind InnerLight has always been to create an encouraging and empowering environment where dancers of all levels feel supported and inspired. We want every student to feel confident enough to grow, express themselves freely, and discover the power they carry within.

We offer a variety of group and private classes for different experience levels, including both in-person and virtual options to make dance accessible no matter where you are. Whether you’re looking to train seriously, try something new, stay active, or simply have fun, there’s a place for you here. 💃🏻🕺🏽
