We all make this common mistake when it comes to making decisions that are gonna improve our life

For whatever reason we overthink, and then we end up not doing the thing that we said that we would do

This ends up setting us back so much because that can actually crush our confidence and without the confidence a lot of things do not get done

For example, you’ve been thinking about starting the gym, but you keep putting it on for next week Monday and every time that Monday approaches you move it another week, this is silently crushing your confidence, which is why you’ll never actually start

By the time you look up, you have WASTED months, if not years of potential progress

Stop over complicating everything stop overthinking and just take action 💥

I hate to break it to you but Pilates is not the magic you’ve been looking for to get you toned and get rid of those back rolls

Getting toned simply means having a low body fat and the only way to achieve that is by being in a slight caloric deficit and building muscles which will lead to fat loss

You’re not gonna build muscles but simply contracting your muscles, you’re gonna need to provide mechanical tension and the easiest way to do that is to lift heavy weights and I hate to break it to you but those little resistance bands aren’t gonna cut it 💥

Stop looking for the easy way out, get in the gym lift some heavy weights and maybe you’ll start losing some inches around that waist and won’t have to worry about hiding your stomach in your pictures 🔥

So research is showing that more than 50 percent of Americans are not getting enough sleep exercise and that’s actually scary 🤦🏿‍♂️

A lot of people like to use time as an excuse for why they can’t exercise but I think that’s a lie because it doesn’t take that much time exercising to get in decent shape🔥

All you need is a proper structured workout plan to follow 2-4 days a week and 45-60 minutes per session, everyone can find 1 hour out of their day to take care of their health, you just need to start prioritizing 💥
