As a full time seasonal fishing guide, my main goal is to teach ethical and proper techniques

I am a avid angler who's main passion is migratory trout and salmon. as a local of Oswego county/Pulaski, NY area, I grew up fishing the salmon river and surrounding tributaries.

I had a great time Guiding Gary and Chen. Almost 0 new fish running but a lot of dark fish on this dark and gloomy day... And a lot of people to! We did find some room to swing a fly and Gary landed one on a 3+" intruder I tied. Chen got his first spey fish which was a good one. Both fish hit hard and put up a good fight.

I had a Great time with James, his dad Peter and girlfriend solenah for a couple days. One day we did fly fishing and the next mostly float fishing. Solenah got her first salmon and fly rod fish which she was so happy/proud of, as a guide I loved seeing that as well as when Peter landed a big, insane fighting fish(crazy jumps which is unique for a good hooked king and runs) which brought everyone together to help him land it as well as get a great photo. Here is the best fish/pics from the trip.

I had a great time guiding Bob yesterday morning. Here is the few fish we took pics of. Couple others we just did a quick revive without taking them out of the water.

Had my clients no call no show yesterday (hope they are ok) so decided to personally fish(float fish this time) and did very well. Here is some of the fish/pics I got/took in 5 hours yesterday morning.

I had a good time guiding James and family like normal. This time for salmon river smallmouth bass.

Some nice flys I got from a skilled tier Korey Pepper with a similar style as me. Me and my Clients who like to swing with Skagit set ups will definitely put some of these to use this fall, into spring.

A couple good smallmouth caught on the Douglas Spinning & Casting Rods DXS 724XF. Me and my clients have been using these for smallmouth over the last month and they are great rods that excel at Ned rigs, football Jigs, small/medium sized swimbaits, but even though they have a fast tip they have a soft enough secondary action wear I've even thrown small crankbaits in a pinch and landed fish just fine. We even landed a surprise steelhead throwing a 4" swimbait using one of these rods.

A father and son steelhead from a recent trip, one caught swinging a large streamer on the spey rod and the other... on a 4" swimbait! Plus a very clean May dropback caught on the swing.
