Diagnose: We found that the player had problems in all phases of the swing, but we considered that the most critical part was the preparation. He had a wrong position with his hitting hand and the racquet face in the first move. Also, the backswing was too big. That was causing late contact point and short forward swing. In consequence, the player was consistently losing control and the stroke was lacking power.โฃ

Fix: First we fixed in the player the position of his hitting hand and the racquet face. Now they are both facing to the court in the first move. We also changed his backswing. Now he is taking the racquet back in a straight line and the racquet is facing to the side instead of facing back at the end. As a result, he is now able to extend his arm and he has a more fluid follow through.โฃ

Climbing ever higher in the USTA Men's Open Singles ranking. However, the ultimate goal is not to reach the top but to enjoy the journey. ๐Ÿง—๐Ÿปโ€โ™‚๏ธ

Last man standing. Winner of my first USTA Open tournament, first tournament won in American soil and last tournament of the year. No trophy, no prize money but the proud is the same. So many years of hard work finally are paying off. ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป๐Ÿ†
