This class is designed to help you build strength and improve flexibility using a double-point hammock. You’ll start with a dynamic warm-up, followed by full-body conditioning sequences to develop power and endurance. The second half of class focuses on mobility and deep stretch work, helping you increase flexibility and range of motion.

Whether you’re aiming to boost your aerial strength or enhance your flexibility, this class offers the perfect balance of challenge and release.

The first part of the workshop blends Aerial Yoga poses with targeted Aerial Conditioning exercises to build strength, endurance, and mobility—helping you develop the foundation needed for advanced circus techniques. The second part shift gears into deep recovery, using restorative meditation and breathwork to release tension, promote relaxation, and help your body recover. Whether you’re looking to push your limits or unwind, this session is the perfect mix of strength and surrender.
