I haven’t made a reel in months but this trend inspired me to come back! With all the misinformation and bad advice out there, here are some hard truths, from someone who’s been specializing in Prenatal and Postpartum Fitness for a decade!

Every pregnant person and every pregnancy will be different, but our baseline goal should be 150 minutes of movement each week (per ACOG) for better outcomes and decreased risk of health issues, unless specifically directed otherwise.

WHAT you’re doing matters just as much as how much: make sure you’re following a plan created by a prenatal professional, such as the Her Move Prenatal Program.
