What's your 2022 Health Resolution? 💪 How did 2021’s resolution go?

I do quarterly detox programs with my clients to practice healthy habits and to kill sugar and carb cravings, it helps with feeling more energized as well as clearing up your skin.

My 2022 challenge starts on January 10th💪😀My clients love the challenges because they realize the difference in the way they feel along with learning what's working and eliminating what's not!

Being held accountable for exercising healthy habits for 21 days or more with a coach giving you the blueprint you need to succeed and support that encourages you to keep pushing forward!

Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family! Wishing you a wonderful day.

Thanksgiving is my favorite holiday as I feel SO blessed for our lives, families, friends, and my loyal client such as yourself.

Thank you from the bottom of my heart!!!

Your do anywhere workout is below! 💪

Do a warm up and cool down, of course;)

Whether you are at home or on the road I got a great little workout for you to do before you start your Thanksgiving Feast or anytime during the long weekend for that matter!

Doing this workout will actually help you burn fat instead of gaining it!

Repeat 3-5 times with a 2 min. rest between rounds .

Bodyweight Squats x 50
Push-ups x 40 (optional Knee push ups)
Sit-ups x 30
Lunges x 20 each leg
Burpees x 10
Your metabolism will be turned up in calorie burning overdrive!

But again, if you are in town I *HIGHLY RECOMMEND* you join us for our turkey burn workout at 9:15am.
